I applied for an Asda credit card 16 days ago after reading Martins reviews of best credit cards and because my Emirates MBNA card air miles deal was closing.
I had to call Asda money today to chase the new card and was told they have an IT glitch and cannot tell me when the card will be issued. has anyone else had this experience. Thinking of cancelling as its not a good start customer service wise. Also you think something like an IT glitch would be common knowledge in their customer service department, but no, I had to wait over 15 minutes for them to tell me there was an IT error. Not good Asda Money, sort it out.
