I am looking for your expert advice. My partner and I were in Manchester this weekend to se Billy Joel play. We stayed in the Hilton in Deansgate and finished off our night with a drink in their bar. However I believe we have been overcharged.
I was never presented with an itemised bill but I believe this to be the case by reading the menu. I have also accounted for the service charge levy. I paid and had to ask for a credit card receipt so at least I have that.
I have emailed Hilton and they are looking into it. I am wondering if I can request a chargeback with Amex in case Hilton refuse??
