I bank with TSB. I have a CC with Santander. I’m in the process of looking to balance transfer it over to another provider. So, I decided to cancel the DD I have with Santander via my TSB account. All good.
Now, according to my Santander CC account online, another instalment of the DD has come off. But this is not showing on my TSB account and the DD remains cancelled. I’m clearly not complaining here, but just wondered if it is possible that it is a fortuitous glitch and am I ok to play dumb and reap the benefit?
