Hi
I am currently insured by Hastings Direct and I had a car accident, construction fence had hit my car as it was not closed properly. The foreman on the site admitted liability etc. This happend on the 13th of July, I am still awaiting for the third party liability? My insurnace company are not so good at communication?
How long do I wait? could this drag on for a while?
