I have a question about my driving licence, I got it in 2003 back in Italy but now that I live in England I exchange it, so one month ago I received my full UK driving licence.
When the insurance ask me how long have I had it should I say 1 month or 15 years?
Because if I have a look in the driving licence at the point 4a (date of issue) says 2017, but in the back at the point 10(valid from) it’s 2003.
In my opinion it should be 2003 because I have been driving for 15 years now, but I know that all the insurances try do find every way to cancel a policy when you have an accident and I don’t want to get any problem.
What do you think?
Thank you very much
