I took at a yearly worldwide travel policy last november, and was in Tenerife last week, got home on Friday.
On Thursday my phone fell onto the tiled balcony, and cracked the glass on my phone(not to a point where the LCD is damaged and I cant use the phone, just upper section of glass is cracked).
I was checking the terms of the policy before making a clain, and noticed this wording, under the "What we will not cover" section:
"Any claim that occurs whilst not on a trip."
Does this mean that because I am now home, I can’t make the claim?
