I’m wondering if I might be able to claim on my credit card for an item I purchased.
I purchased a HTC Vive virtual reality headset about 10 months ago, after about 2 months of use one of the controllers became faulty. I returned it for repair and it was successfully repaired for about 2 weeks then it became faulty again. I asked the company if they could replace it as I’d feel more confident with a replacement rather than another repair, I opened a complaint and received no response. So I called back recently and opened up another repair ticket to have it repaired, its almost out of warranty. I’ve put up with it being faulty for months, just grinning and bearing it.
Providing I get no joy this time on the repair would I have grounds to get a refund through buyer protection could anyone advise?
