So I had debt collectors come by when I was at work today, regarding my old policy with Diamond car insurance.
Around the time my insurance was due to run out a received emails from Diamond telling me it was almost up and that if I didnt contact them my policy would end, no mention of any fee.
I decided to switch insurance provider so didnt contact them. Im now being asked to pay for cancelling my policy – which I did not do.
Am I right? Or do I have to pay this?
