Can you do this with Direct Line?
I was able to do it with Admiral and my brother, sister & wife have all had to change things on their policies in recent years for one thing or another and have all managed to do it online with the company they were with at the time.
I can’t find the option in my Direct Line portal. I would’ve thought that it’d be there but who knows. If i’m being blind then can someone point me in the right direction please? Or is this a feature that Direct Line don’t have?
