I took out contents insurance cover with Age UK last year. The renewal quote arrived today and the cost was 50% higher than last year. I phoned up to check it and was told that a lot of people had been claiming, so this year the premiums were going up by between 20 % and 50% for everyone. I have never claimed. Should I query the increase further?
