My partner owns his own home; an upper quarter. His home insurance is with your place, and he is under the impression himself and the other 3 homeowners of the building need to have the same home insurance (as its classed as 4 in a block) & can only opt out if all parties agree…….
Has anyone heard of this sort of thing? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
