Internet estate agent Yopa has raised £20m in a funding round led by DMG Ventures, the corporate venture arm of Daily Mail and General Trust.
Yopa is a so-called hybrid firm. It has no branches, but employs 140 estate agents.

It said it would use the cash to hire more staff, develop its technology and bolster its new customer service centre in Watford. The company was launched in 2016 and has now raised £75m in total.
Chief executive Ben Poynter said: ‘This latest funding round is clear recognition of Yopa’s potential to disrupt the traditional home sales industry.’
