Life Insurance question i cannot find the answer..

Hi,

i am hoping someone can help me with this.

im looking to take out a life insurance policy for myself for 30 years (im 35 years old) and i am looking to find out if there is anyway that you can legally enforce a trustee to pay a beneficiary the set amount i have specified in a wishes letter. the beneficiary at the moment is 4 years old and because he is under 18 cannot be a trustee. i dont fully trust anyone with a considerable amount of money to pass this on to my child. the total amount would be over the threshold of 325k so i am also looking to avoid the inheritance tax. any help is appreciated

many thanks
