Money transfer card, how many times can you make a transfer?

Hi,

If I apply for a money transfer card is there a limit to the number of transfers I can make in the 60 period?

Also, I am about to move house, currently in rented with a higher rent than the mortgage will be in the new house. Am I better waiting until I have moved to the new house to apply? If I do this I will have moved once in December last year and then again now. Im not assure which is better lower outgoings or less moving around,
