Moving costs following major loss

Hi, we had a house fire in January, and have been living in a rental ever since. Due to a number of delays on the insurance/loss adjuster side, it’s now likely that we will be moving out very close to the end of our tenancy, we are just waiting for confirmation on timescale. We dive have a huge amount to move back with us as most of the furniture we got for the house was second hand or cheap and is to be disposed of, but we have too much for the car. Are we entitled to the cost of a van, to move out possessions? Also, we planned to do the end on tenancy clean ourselves as we were expecting more of a cross over, but that is not looking likely now, can we expect them to pay for that does anyone know?

This type of finer details is not in the policy document, and we don’t want to be out of pocket. The moving is less of an issue as we can do several trips ourselves in the car, but it would be much quicker in a van and due to our with, we may not be able to take time off for moving, so faster is better.
