Nationwide online banking – MoneySavingExpert.com Forums


I logged onto my Nationwide online banking about 3 weeks ago and tried to view my credit card statements however, it wouldn’t let me, saying that there were no statements to view. I did not think much of it, believing there to be an error from the perspective of Nationwide.

I logged on again last night and the issue is still there however, I noticed that the credit card which is showing on my online banking is not my credit card number!! Has this happened to anyone else?

I have sent Nationwide a message (call centre was closed when I discovered it) and am awaiting them getting back to me but just wondering whether it is widespread.
