OK without the hate messages just want to clear something up to end an argument.
2 cars involved in a road rage incident. Car 1 is in front and stops (car 2 also stops) driver of car 1 gets out to confront driver of car 2 as this happens car 2 accelerates around car 1 nearly caused a head on collision with oncoming car 3.
Car 3 swerves to avoid car 2 therefore hits a curb and damages his vehicle.
Car 2 sped off and left the scene.
Driver 3 is trying to claim from car 1…………
Is this correct?
