One Call insurance – outrageous fees


Recently took out a policy with them via moneysupermarket & they want £40 to change some info that I never entered in the first place!!

I had a claim this year for theft of my vehicle, I didn’t however tell them it was a fault claim because there is no option to do so on the comparison website – there is only one option for theft & it says “theft of vehicle” only.

They now want to charge an admin fee for information they have incorrectly assumed at their end I.e. it was a non fault claim. Any advice?
