The house is on the market for £289,000 via Tepilo, the online estate agent founded by Sarah.
From the kitchen, down a small hallway is the living room, where there is more wooden flooring and another exposed brick chimney breast with log burner. There’s also an in-built storage cupboard and shelves, and French doors leading to the spacious conservatory.
The bright, airy conservatory with tiled flooring and neutral décor is currently used as a second living room and dining area, but would also make a great playroom. Large French doors lead out from it directly into the south-facing garden.
Sarah said: ‘This is a beautiful conservatory that could be used in multiple ways. The doors leading out to the garden allow the outside to become an extension of the home in the hot, summer months.’
The large garden has a spacious lawned area surrounded by generous borders containing mature shrubs and plants, and there’s a paved patio area that’s the perfect place to sit and enjoy the sunshine.
Sarah added: ‘This garden is an absolute suntrap – the perfect place to while away long, hot days. There’s a really good-sized lawn and huge flower beds, so it’s ideal for budding and keen gardeners.’

The three bedrooms and bathroom are on the first floor of the property
Upstairs in the property there’s two double bedrooms, a single bedroom and a house bathroom.
Bedroom one is a large double, which benefits from in-built and over-bed storage, a large window and a neutral carpet.
The second bedroom is also a spacious double with neutral carpet and large, in-built wardrobes.
The third, single bedroom is neutrally decorated and would easily fit a single bed. It would make a great children’s bedroom, home office or hobby room.
Completing the layout of the house is a modern bathroom with floor to ceiling tiling, and ample in-built storage space. There’s also an over-bath shower and chrome heated towel rail.
Sarah concluded: ‘This home has got tonnes of character and is on the market at a really competitive price. It’s tastefully decorated, has masses of storage space and a really lovely garden. It’s also situated in a sought-after village, so I don’t expect it to be on the market for long.’
