I have been scammed in a big way with £17500 on my Tesco Mastercard
Unknowing to me Mastercard changed the rules in April 17 whereby they would not honour chargeback or section 75 claims on this type of payment
I was not aware and thought I had protection and used the card 1.9.2017
Now Tesco refuse to recover the money quoting the ts and c changes and the Financial Ombudsman agrees.
Anyone got any ideas – or knows of superman’s whereabouts
