I applied for the Tandem card a few weeks ago but their website failed and gave a generic error when I tried to accept the offer.

I called them last week and they said it was a known technical issue that had affected a number of customers, I should wait for someone to contact me.

Just wondering if anyone else has been caught up in this and if they’ve managed to complete the application somehow? They were pretty unhelpful when I called, I don’t really want to re-apply and have another credit check…
