I thought i’d have seen this on page 1 of the forum but it wasn’t to be the case so maybe this isn’t as wide a problem as i thought.
For the second time in recent months i’ve been hit by interest charges on the credit card as TSB haven’t taken the direct debit. There’s been more than enough money in the paying account to cover it but it’s just not been taken. May was an issue which TSB acknowledged was their fault. June was taken fine but it seems July was too much for them to deal with. No acknowledgement yet though.
Wondering if anyone else is experiencing this with them. The credit card is their Advance one.
