The most viewed homes for sale overseas have been revealed, with one location repeatedly featuring in the list compiled by property website Zoopla.
Spain dominates the top 10 list of most viewed homes overseas for sale suggesting that buyers are keen on a home in the sun within easy reach of Britain. The list also includes properties in France, Italy, Montenegro and the US.
The homes vary significantly in price, from a mere £33,000 for a two-bedroom detached house in Spain’s Valencia to £22million for an eight-bedroom house in Spain’s Ibiza – meaning there is something for a variety of budgets.
Among the properties is one in Majorca that featured in a previous season of TV’s Love Island. The latest series of the Bafta award-winning show began this week.

Called ‘Casa Amor’, the Majorcan villa has a modern design, a swimming pool and several terraces, all included in the asking price of £2.5million.
